Ariana Grande responds to Pete Davidson’s Instagram post

Ariana Grande responds to Pete Davidson’s Instagram post. Ariana Grande has directly responded to an Instagram post her ex fiance, Pete Davidson, shared.

Davidson took to the photo sharing site on Monday to post a lengthy and heartbreaking statement on the bullying he’s endured for the last 9 months.

Ariana has asked her fans to be ‘gentler’ to her ex, saying that she cares deeply for him and his mental health.

The singer said: “I know you already know this but I feel I need to remind my fans to please be gentler with others. I really don’t endorse anything but forgiveness and positivity.

“I care deeply about Pete and his health. I’m asking you to please be gentler with others, even on the internet.

“I’ve learned through my own mistakes not to be creative on socials so I do understand, but you truly don’t know what anybody is experiencing, ever. Regardless of what they choose to display on social media or how they may appear in public, I can promise you that.

“So please let whatever point you’re trying to make go. I will always have irrevocable love for him and if you’ve gotten any other impression from my recent work, you might have missed the point.”

Ariana’s manager Scooter Braun has had to step in and defend Pete from the bullying, saying: “It is nothing like that and Pete is a good dude. No one has hate for this guy and he is a stand up guy. Show respect because trust me, everyone on this side knows he deserves it and wishes him well.”

Ariana and Pete first got together in May before getting engaged soon after. The pair split in October, saying that it simply ‘wasn’t the right time’ for them to be together.
