Nick Jonas And Priyanka Chopra Are Officially Married. Priyanka Chopra and Nick Jonas are husband and wife, with the couple reportedly having a multiple day wedding, which started with a puja, a Hindu prayer ritual, on Wednesday, per Hindustan Times.
A source told People that the couple had their Western wedding ceremony at the Taj Umaid Bhawan Palace in Jodhpur, India on Saturday.
People are also reporting that the ceremony was officiated by Nick’s father, Pastor Paul Kevin Jonas Sr., with the couple exchanging Chopard rings.
Per People: “It is super important to Priyanka to have an Indian ceremony that honors her heritage and culture, just as it’s important to also have a Western ceremony that honors Nick’s Christian upbringing. They are doing both.”
The news of the marriage was apparently confirmed by Ralph Lauren who tweeted a message of congratulations, saying: “Congratulations to @PriyankaChopra and @NickJonas on the occasion of their wedding. Ralph Lauren is honored to have dressed the couple as well as the members of their wedding party.”
People also revealed that family played an important part in the wedding with Jonas’ brothers – Kevin, Joe and Frankie – along with Chopra’s brother Siddhart all being a part of the groom’s wedding party.
