Blake Lively claps back at troll who shamed her style

Blake Lively claps back at troll who shamed her style. Do not mess with Blake Lively. Especially when it comes to her style.

As well as being one of the funniest people on Instagram, Lively is also known for her strong personal style and she doesn’t rely on a celebrity stylist to do it.

Which makes her response to an online troll who criticised her latest look she posted to Instagram on Friday absolute gold.

Lively posted a pic of herself in a Roland Mouret tri-colour plaid suit with matching tie, captioning the image: “Picnic anyone? I’ll bring the tablecloth…”

However, user @gabeluna wasn’t a fan of the look, commenting: “I say this with so much love & respect for you babe, please hire a stylist or fire the one you’re currently with.”

The Gossip Girl actress was quick to fire back, saying: “@gabeluna Thank you for the tips, sir. Alas, I’ve tried to fire @blakelively so many times. But that b*tch just keeps coming back. She won’t leave me alone.”

People showed their support for Lively’s look and her response, reminding everyone why she is the queen of social media and style.

While I’m pretty sure she’s got stylists falling over themselves for a chance to work with her, Lively did explain to WWD earlier this year the reason why she prefers to be her own stylist.

“Probably because I have control issues and a big ego,” she joked. “I just like it. I love design and I love fashion and it’s a way to be creative. In my job I get to be creative, but it’s over a period of time and so many other people are involved, whereas this is a beginning, middle and end, and I get to be creative and there’s an end date in the near future. It’s the same reason why I like doing my friends’ hair and makeup or cooking — you get to be creative and finish it. Whereas with my job you do it and then two years later it’s finished. It probably goes back to the control issues; it’s like, ‘OK I did it, I completed it, it’s done!'”
