Best contouring products for pale skin. As someone with super pale skin, it can be a bit of a nightmare to find the right contour products. Even powders and creams marked as ‘light’ tend to look orange and muddy. So for all my fellow pale faced people out there, I’ve put together some of my favourite contouring products for pale skin.
Kat Von D Shade + Light face contour palette. € 46.00
This palette is amazing. The shade ‘Sombre’ works really well as a contour shade and although it looks very cool tone, it actually blends into a natural looking contour on the skin. The shades ‘Lucid’ and ‘Lyric’ are great as setting powders and don’t look too heavy or cakey.
Nyx Highlight and Contour Pro Palette. €25.00
For those of you on a budget, this product is a great dupe for the Kat Von D one. It’s very pigmented and the shades blend like a dream. There are a few shades that are too dark to use for contouring pale skin but they work well as eyeshadows.
Nyx HD Blush in ‘Taupe’. €8.00
I love this product because it lives up to the hype. It’s not shimmery and it mimics the exact colour of a shadow. The pigment isn’t as strong as other products which can be a good thing. Especially if you are not confident at contouring your face. It takes time to build up the colour and the price is incredible.
